★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother's marriage is in December , he wanted to gift his wife who is very fond of make up products and then we came to Shoppers Stop and found some very great offers and also a perfect kit for her... Being black friday also discounts were heavy on MAC , Lakme and Faces , must visit for everyone and staffs also very cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to shop! Over always wondered ho they run out of stock of the design, colour or size you choose. And their billing takes forever to complete as their "system is slow" always - this is across stores! And good luck to you if you're using a voucher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a makeup enthusiast I was actually looking for some good deals on my favourite makeup brands and that too specially with all the Black Friday deals going on, I visited this shopperstop store in spaze, Gurgaon where they have such great deals going on good makeup brands specially on Mac, faces and Lakmé. I actually enjoyed the whole experience and the people working there suggested me everything so well. They showed me everything patiently and I actually enjoyed my purchase there and they literally have buy 1 get 1 on Lakmé, great discount on faces.
Thank you very much it was a great experience and i really liked the service and the products they suggested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good outlet of shoppers stop, but not as good as others tha I have visited earlier in Mumbai. I had to ask for assistance with personal shopper several times, but he took a long time to come. Even the, he also could not find several articles, particularly a t sirt of Tommy Hilfigher that I was looking for. There was no first citizen lounge in the store. No facilities for sitting and waiting until other finish shopping. Finally, billing was at least quick, as the personal shopper was there to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a smaller Shopper's Stop outlet compared to most others but it has a little bit of everything. The outlet is well located and has parkings. No good offers on brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range but 3rd grade billing experience. 7 staff are standing at to POS machine with one POS not functional because the manager is on lunch and he only has the Login access.
Customers are waiting in queue and the staff present there has no idea on how to do quick billing which is basics of Retail.
3rd grade experience. will never visit and will only buy online.
