★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All whoever is trying to get their Mobile number updated please don't visit this center, reason Firstly it is clearly mentioned in UIDAI website that a mobile number has to be updated at center but these guys are making you schedule a appointment over portal which 99% times doesnt work i tired same time when at this center for 30mins and once I was loged in but there were no slots available, I would suggest better go to the porvorim center behind Goa Board they know better , i filled a Form took appointment simple procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of government offices in there. You will find board of offices at the ground floor. Adhar card are done at ground floor too. I went there for my employment card, that's on 4th floor, when I visited. Please check board though. Lift facility are there, That's plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is chaotic and mismanaged. No proper signage of various depts. and which floor they are on. The entrance was packed with people mostly for Aadhaar queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to update my Mom's mobile number on Aadhar card, so I decided to go to this place.
I went inside to book appointment/ask for details. I was told I cannot do anything and that I have to first book the appointment online.
So I went online, logged in and selected all details.
While searching for appointment centers I tried searching for shram bhavan and couldn't find it anywhere so I found some center in Panjim.
While clicking on book appointment it said 28 slots available, when I actually tried to book the appointment it showed all appointments booked. Such rubbish horrible websites and service!
I am very dissapointed and I hope that they make this aadhar verification easier for us.
I will try to get an appointment directly from the center. So fed up of going again and again to do such a simple process of updating a phone number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for aadhaar updation. DO NOT GO WITHOUT ONLINE APPOINTMENT..!!
No token system available now from July onwards. I took an appointment through UDAI website through mobile and took print out from opposite shop and submitted to the ground floor. I was satisfied with the service provided by them.
