★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually its a main chamber and head office of builders shravanthi...Nice place and if you buy a flat or villa or house from shravanthi builders you have to come here to receive (handover) your house keys.. With certificate.. Happy thing is that you people get the keys and hopefull words directly from MD sir of Shravanthi group Sir Balakrishna Naidu.. Nice Builders?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently residing in Shravanthi Paramount, - firstly the project is delayed. Nothing new here. I wish i could give 0 rating..
Now here are few things:-
One of the worst builder.. Before the booking the sales team will promise a lot of things, but once the booking is done, you will be doomed. They dont even reply to your calls and also no reply on emails.
Parking slot is full of dust - many people have fallen sick coz of the dust. Floor wasnt proper and even if you walk it is like sand storm in Dubai.'
Builder will not provide common area lights - have you heard it anywhere?
During his tenure of maintenance(we had paid in advance) he will not pay for consumables like electricity, etc
No painting, wall seepage - all crap and crap but he will say project is done and handed over you have to listen.
Their staffs - sales staffs beg till the booking once booked. CRM you should see they are crap to the core they speak all nonsense.
Before buying the flat from this builder, go into any of the Shravanthi completed projects building and get the advice from any of the residents from the residents
Guys, sincere suggestion never buy from this builder. Buy if you want to cry later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was selected in 1st round and I was informed that I'll be called for 2nd round with MD. From 2 weeks they are giving me run around like this but I was not called at all. Today when I called, receptionist is saying that the concerned person is not available and I'll get a call from CEO directly who took 1st round of interview. Is this really true. They even collected my previous company salary slips and releiving letter too. When a candidate is having hope on the company please don't disappoint them. Please give clear clarifications to the candidates who are dreaming to work in your company. If we are not selected then why they have to collect previous company documents??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service, be careful before making the down payment.
In my case, i made the initial payment after which due to some misunderstanding i asked for the repayment for which they made us to run behind them for almost 3-4 months to return the partial(almost 50% they ate) payment mainly because of the negligence of the admin sitting in the main office. Selected 1 star just to post.
