★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place might seem lucrative because of its vicinity to station but thats the only good thing. The flats are big sized but poor quality washrooms, water supply issues and out of order lift is common. This place smells so bad because there is a sewage right beside the building and people living in lower stories have to bear the stink. If any one of you ever going to take flat 303 A wing then please dont as we incurred huge loss taking this flat on rent. The owner and broker both knew that they cant Let the renter live more than 5 months and then too they took huge deposit, brokerage and did agreement for 11 months but within 5 months asked us to vacate. They said their H1 visa didnt get renew and so they are suddenly coming back to India and need their place. We vacated the flat bearing all the losses as broker was unresponsive (obviously coz he got the brokerage already) and shifted to another flat yet the our x owner (Mr. & Mrs. Mangat) kept calling and messaging us to harrass for silly wear & tear of things in flat which was not even done by us. Sorry for long post guys but i feel nobody else should suffer, the way we did! Goodluck ??

It is costly but a very good society to live in .

and 24*7 water , and with backup power.

Here available indian restaurants and multi- cuisine restaurant too. Parking also available for bike and four wheelers also. Gym is given facilities to every flat owner
