★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What started off as a good experience turned out to be a nightmare. We were on a tight schedule on our trip to India and wanted to purchase a silver plate and glass. We found this store reasonably good and ventured into buying and in fact even bought an additional gold earring set. The glass was available at the time of purchase but the plate wasnt. The owner promised to find us the plate we are looking for and have it sent to our hotel by the next day after sharing the pictures of it. We also needed the plate and glass engraved. The next day the items were delivered. I noticed smudges on the silver plate but didn’t have time to go back and get it checked. The engraving had spelling error even though the verbiage was clearly shared prior to engraving. I flew back to US hoping the smudges would go away with a simple wash or using some silver cleaning taxnex. Alas that was not the case, the smudges won’t go away. This was meant to be a gift for someone and now I am unable to gift this defective piece. The owner is not showing any interest or concern in helping fix the issue. This purchase was purely on good faith and I learned a lesson that there are still businesses that cannot be fully trusted. I am even willing to return the plate without a refund instead of holding on to a defective smudged piece. I wish I hadn’t purchased the silver items from this store. I would double check items purchased from here even though the store looks promising.
