★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. My family experienced very rude behaviour by Shop's Manager name Vineet Bhatia. We request to female staff for exchanging ring box...because that box was not looking good for gift. He yelled at his female staff in front of us and say " Unko bol do Delhi chale jaye aur kolkata chale jaye box lene ....when we said that we only requested to change that box....then he said...."main apko nhi kah rha hu ....Main staff ko bol rha hu....." He changed his tone. He do very rudely behaviour for deduction of 200/- rs on jwellery also. Big no for this branch because of that Manager's behaviour.

They also give option of customisation of jewel5as oer your need. Definitely a one stop shop to visit for jewellery lovers!
