The only good thing you can say about the PG is that you can have a room here with only one other occupant. Otherwise, these guys are overcharging. There is a water shortage almost every other day. Wifi is available only for namesake, no cleanliness in the eating area, the caretaker is never available to help sort things out other than being for rent money. And on top of all this, there is construction going on. So you will be constantly covered in dust. You can't leave your clothes out to dry, you can't even open up the windows. And if you're home in the day time, you cannot sleep because of all the hammering and drilling and other such annoying noises.
If you try to leave the PG, they will try to cut as much amount from your deposit as possible.
