★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor response and bad service. takes order and don't deliver. so much of follow up and chase. they dont recieve the calls and doesnt return the call untill you go to the shop and chase i ordered multiple things (wooden sofa bed, lounger sofa, temple, tv unit and its been months they still hanging onto order and no sign of delivery.
what i would say
- poor service
- poor control over the factory worker
- poor communication
- extremely bad behaviour
- very bad attitude towards customer
- takes order and deny later to the delivery after advance payment
- no delivery ownership
recommend not to go anywhere close to this shop
i dealt with Mr. Naresh and bunch of others in their shop.Pathatic!
