★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me faulty product whose colour faded within two weeks. I took the box, the bill, and the necklace to get it replaced, they asked for the warranty card. When I told them I was not given the warranty card, they told me the price tag is the warranty card. They never informed me before that a small tag is a warranty card and they expect me to save it for replacement. They were extremely rude, and acting like they were doing me a favour when they exchanged it. The packaging is awful, it's a box whose sides are made up of thin cellophane paper. Moreover the exchanged item has already started discoloration after wearing it for 2 days. Never visit this store. There are many Sri Hari outlets, and make sure your product is genuine.
