Behaviour: poor. Employees doesn't provide required information. Receptionist is rude.
Quality: work quality is poor. After getting vehicle serviced, customer have to visit again several times due to anomalies observed.
Organisation structure : Service manager/ CR executive doesn't recieve phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever Go here they dont bother Customer service here the think like they are CEO of HONDA service superviser Mr Ashok always has has some problem doing a extra mile in CS as you can also se in another reviews in this section i will say wrong person is designated for this job Mr Ashok has no respect for his job at all.Previous service they asked to purchase AMC and after purchasing they will guide you to go to another HONDA service which is beside toyota app wah chle jao and all i thaught of Meeting Mr Taneja ji for the same but why should i do So ,the reviews are for those wo expecting a good service after sales i think you hav got more trusted brand besid HoNDA thats SuZUKi always ready to help as thats my past experience.
