β β β β β Yesterday on 16 Aug 21 this was my first visit since my scooty was having issued of lights. The experience was worst. After discussing the main issue they have change the oil and done general servicing with headlight tube change instead of focusing to change the day lights and the headlight. The bill was made for 1114.00. After a lot of discussion they took the vehicle to remove the oil and put old one used for which I was not agreed and made a rebate of Rs. 195.00. My vehicle light is still not working for which I spent around One thousand and spoil my whole day in such hot climates. My experience is worst, advise staff to learn improve their overall skill and relationships.

β β β β β Dear all please don't purchase any appache models. Because appache models is having gear issue nowadays day and they people are not able to resolve the issue and their engineer also not able to resolve the problem. Please do Google the mention issue if you not believe. Thanks

β β β β β Today I visit GYS MOTORS PVT. LTD. Rewari for servicing of my vehicle TVS NTROQ (HR 36 AD 1641). I deposited my vehicle at their workshop around 1300Hrs. One of employee given me a acknowledgement receipt and told me to come at around 1530Hrs to get the vehicle back. At around 1600Hrs, I came back to the workshop and I was surprised to see that my vehicle was not even touched by any mechanic. When I asked, they starter making several types of excuses. The behavior was very rude. It is the worst experience that I had with them. My whole day was spoil and get my vehicle back at 1800hrs. Plz look into the matter and advise the staff to be more careful in the future. Because this type of behavior and attitude can make the mind to not to purchase any TVS vehicles in future.

β β β β β they don't deserve even a single star rating worst experience with GYS TVS REWARI. Whenever i give my scooty for service they return my scooty with a new problem. Not professionals in any kind of servicing. Not a professional staff just hire local unexperienced staff at lower prices who don't even ABC of servicing.
