★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete mismanagement. Doctor should give importance of other time. Waited for last 5 hours for opd. Doctor has capacity to look 15 patient but look 50 patient. Some health person will became sick waiting during covid time for 5 hours.
Doctor is very good only management need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor A K Das is a wonderful doctor in Muzaffarpur. In hospital all staves are well experienced, well behaved and very efficient to handle any circumstances. Hospital has experienced nursing staves and highly professional admin staves, like Satish jee and all. My mother was admitted in hospital a day before yesterday. The case was handed so well that she got relief very same day. Now she is doing very well under guidance of doctor. My best wishes to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr A K Das is really a very good doctor but the hospital staff is not supporting, the don't know how to talk with petaint, there is not the value of paitant time. Staff are totally devotive to do missbihave with patients. Not any system followed by hospital staff. So after all this is not the good hospital for treatment. So try to escape this hospital.

1.Dr.'s (A.K Das) prescription and behaviour is good.
Cons:-
1. High consultation fee.
2.Rude behaviour of Management.
3."Time slot" booking is only a mirage,nothing else.
4.Cleanliness is not up to the mark.
5. Waiting area is highly conjusted.
6. Min. waiting time is 4-5 hrs.(irrespective of new or old patient)
7.Your Call will never be entertained by any one(so if you want to get any info. visit the "irresponsible management employees".
Only thing i.e. prompt is deduction of amount from your bank a/c during slot booking.

Only sir A. K Das sir is good, but his staff are pathetic and new commer with full of attitude. Thanks ?
