★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is old and experienced but his administration is obsolete. In today's time we have to go there at 5 am for token and then wait for 7-8 hrs. It would be better if doctor will learn little bit about clinic management along with medical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the doctor is very efficient in his work but there is some issues in getting the appointment. You have to came early in the morning and only one day appointment is booked. Appointment system is not favourable for the long distance patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my father's cataract surgery. I really admire Dr Sudhanshu as a doctor as well as an excellent human being. His behavior and approach towards his patient is truly awesome. All working staffs are very polite and helpful. My father is equally happy and satisfied after his surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowd - There is Huge rush at this clinic , people management is not so great , people are scattered everywhere in and around .
Doctor - He is polite and listens to all your problem.
Suggestion - Please move your appointments to Online or via call where you can actually provide a time slot for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol... First tell your staff to behave with patients properly... You have to go to the back side of the property to get a appointment.... I was amazed by the behaviour of the staff... Even the government hospital staff do not treats the patients as they were treating ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very modern eye hospital. Special emphasis is given on cleanliness and hygiene of top class. The Surgeon Dr. Sudhanshu Kumar is renowned in his field. It is off course a boon for Muzaffarpur and Bihar.
