★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have issue me ticket of AC sleeper from Jaipur (polo victory) to Ahmedabad (CTM cross road) & then ask me to seat in Pooja Travels Bus number RJ14 4848, now me dropped me at 1 km after Mota Chiloda & asking me to go in another bus. I resisted on their behaviour for which driver used abusive language & raised hand to slap me. My life was saved by public standing their. To save my life I left from their. Then after I called the booking office Jaipur to complaint about this incidence on which the telephone operator didn't gave proper response.
Further to add, bus was also 3 hours late.
Never seat in this bus if you don't want to risk your life. Staff is violent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked AC sleeper from Paytm got NON AC sleeper. The bus was in very terrible condition. Glasses were broken, ceiling was broken, so much dust and dirt on my booked double sleeper. Its departure was to be at 3 45 pm while it got departed at 6 pm. Never going to travel again with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by this travels driver was not wearing mask in whole journey and was chewing tobacco and also spitting out of window if anyone keeping the window open it directly comes in on there face when I visiyed cabin to tell him plz dont do this he told me to close window i will eat and spit like this only he did it 5-10 times minimum while driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel experience with this agency. They just exploited our situation. First we were in need then they gave us filthy sleepers which had no lights in them in a so called AC coach. Poor suspensions and all. I won't recommend anyone to travel without checking the conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus service, yesterday we booked tickets from Jaipur to Dehradun, first one all pick up was last,it was dirtiest bus i have ever travelled. Water is chargeable which is not mentioned on their website, We had been asked to get down from the bus 50 km before Dehradun n had asked to board other local bus ,we had paid extra to cover our remaining distance, would request you please do not book tickets from Shree Mahaveer Travels,they are fraud , charge you full amount with taxes n dropped u on the middle of the road, AC was stopped working in mid way . It was pathetic experience with Shree Mahaveer Travel, please please do not book your tickets from this travel agents,more over it was over booked n charged 300 rs per passenger to give them a space to lie down on the bus floor,Floor was fully occupied with non booked travellers
