Tracking number: 21061200025365
As checked with the local office and also on your website, it said the status as delivered on 22 April however I did not receive it.
I did not get any message or notification about the delivery.
When I checked with the delivery agent he said he kept it in delivery cabin at the entrance but it was not there and when checked CCTV footage the person was not even seen entering the society and he saw the footage himself.
Later when I discussed the same with Mr. Mangesh Talokar in your Moshi branch he was very casual and did not even try to help me out. He just kept saying he would come with delivery agent himself to check and never came and just kept making excuses. Few days later he stopped responding to my calls and messages. I don't understand how you can have such irresponsible people managing your couriers.
I have raised a complaint by sending email on 7 May but not yet received any response. I called your customer service 10 days ago. They said I would receive a call from the concerned person same day but did not receive any call. Today when I called, the lady hung up on me!! What kind of pathetic service is this???
