Company introduced Hub and spoke system by establishing seven Regional Offices as hub centers and by continual operations became one of the chief courier companies in Gujarat.

Dear Sir,
Your company informed to me my courier will delivered by air . I got this information from your booking center (Shivaji Enclave).but your center without update my courier ll delivered by surface. And I require by air but your company not required that facility . And I paid for by air so when will I get my refund back. Because by air charges 700 that I paid .. and by surface charges 320 so I want refund remaining amount . And also your company was cheated me..but why ?? I want help .
