★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Courier service I have come across. Some important items were shipped from New mumbai. Friday got call from person from this company saying that my package is here, but got excuse that word WEST was not mentioned on address so will deliver next day. What kind of courier company is this who cannot read PINCODE. Next day when I called the person he said package is out for delivery and will be delivered by evening. It didnt arrive. and the person didn't answer calls after that. So story is after 4 Days i didn't get my package and cause me inconvenience. They do not have value for customers time

Also to collect your urgent parcel, you needs to be go their office to collect it.

They accept the delivery for non-servicing areas and call the customers to their office to take the delivery.
I am staying at Naigaon west, its non-service area for them (where all other couriers are servicing) and now I need to travel almost 10 km to receive my parcel.
