Standing since 3 hours, Timing was-11.30 & its 3 o'clock at night now..
No updates,No one is picking call, Switched off all the numbers,No Tracking available,No Time schedule..
Worst Experience ever...1 star is also more den enough..

I guess time schedule is more or less never followed. Bus I travelled was 1.5 hours late.
Service desk person is polite and helpful.
Driver and helper in the bus are also polite. Drop/Pickup points are defined and bus only stops there.
