β β β β β The society and premises are good and location is some what inside from the main road. However main concern about the project is pathetic services provided by builder. They are only interested in profit margins and once handing over the possession they will not entertain you. Some points to be considered before purchasing flat in this project or any of the projects runs by this builders firm .
1. Quality is not adequate what they agreed
2. Selling is only concern services are not their concern
3. Damages will not be entertained other way round they will blame you
4. Common facilities are pathetic ( take it in writing before booking)
5. Rude and harsh communication by builder and partner group.
6. Vendors won't do their jobs properly (don't know what is problem)
7. Arbitrarily increase in maintenance cost
8. Do Not believe on advertising or banners
9. Sales team will show you fake commitments or proposed plans
10. Delay in possession

β β β β β Basic amenities are not being provided. No drinking RO water. No clean water for toilets. TDS is too high. Security to residents is not provided, residents have lost valuables. No garbage management. Garbage is thrown behind the building. Not many security cameras, no mobile apps to log visitors, nothing. It is as unsafe, unhygenic and unhealthy as it gets.
