★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in flat B606, the house has cracks every where. The door doesn't have lock we fixed it with m seal cause it was beyond repair by anyone , and the owner never bothered to look at our complaints , then there were no stoppers on any of the door no safety chain to the door. The flush leaked. We go major things repaired on our own. While we had to leave the owner did not pay us till we leave the city, saying her husband is busy to discuss anything. The moment we left the city expecting hum to be honest and pay us our money, he decided to deduct 4000 for the stoppers and the money he will have to pay the carpenter. There is issue of light and water. Light is a major issue, and this particular flat has mosquito issue from the balcony u cant keep door shut to avoid them, then there's no ventilation. No safety grill to the windows the house is a mess. We still managed to repair stuffs and stay peacefully but the owner and her husband is too clever to take ur hard earned money away.
