★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. We ordered olo, khichdi and rotlo through zomato. The olo_ ringan bharta was really bitter, salt less. We called them up for complain, they said to do one more order for chapati and they will send out another sabji with chapati.
Instead in second order we just got sabji.
In short, we had to pay for two sabji and roti. Where one sabji turned out to be super bitter and we did not get roti as ordered.
The point is, you can not treat your regular customers like this when your team makes such mistake.
Earlier, we used to visit this restaurant regularly, but after this experience_will not go and will not suggest anyone to order from zomato from this restaurant too. Better to go there, so you can at least make your point and get required support.
