★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor bus service and most important thing is my dropping time was 7.00 AM and bt i dropped 4 hours late so it is not acceptable.
Due to this experience in future i will not travel in this bus .
so guys pls must think before book this bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus has given wrong time taken of journey. Boarding time was given 10.15 pm and dropping time at jaipur was 11.00 am.i.e time taken in journey was 12.45 hours.
But bus was traveling till 12.15 in ahmedabad and it dropped me at 80 km away from jaipur on. 3.30pm I.e. time taken is. 18 hours . I have missed my train from jaipur which was on 2.00pm.condition of bus is soo bad that it's tires were puntured two time during journey.they surendered 80km away from jaipur and send us bagru which is 30 km away from jaipur through terex and left us at bagru alone.from bagru we have to take private taxi.Very bad bus service and very bad smell come from every where. always late, never come on time and they fill up the crowd for which there were soo much inconvenience. please must check bus operators servises and condition of bus before adding on paytm for our safety. I am very disappointed with this journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever journey of my life. First of all I booked this Bus because it was the only Bus whose departure time was 9:30pm but when I reached their office, they changed my Bus at the 11th hour. The bus was late for about 1 and ½ hours and departed at 11:00 pm. Secondly, they didn't stop the bus for a refreshment at any hotel or motel during the journey because they got late in picking customers in between the journey. And finally when they stopped the bus for a pee break, they left me and went away. I was fortunate that somehow I managed to remember the number of the bus, hence I called my parents to collect my luggage.
IF ANYONE IS PLANNING TO GO ON A JOURNEY WITH THIS TRAVELLS, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR TICKETS AND GO ON YOUR FOOT INSTEAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I have book the ticket via RedBus and when I went to booking office in morning 7 am. It's close and no one picking the call. I wait till 3 hours. And no one picking the call.
Don't book tickets from this bus. They are doing scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Services provided by this travels company. Took higher prices per passenger from Ahmedabad to ajmer they charged Rs.1800. Sliper position was not same as shown while online booking. Staff has no respect or value of passenger after Bus departed from origin. They will run the long route bus like local bus or use his services for luggage or transportation. We reached on destination delayed by 2 hrs.
