★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience due to the following reasons :
1. Extremely dangerous driving especially sharp turns / overtakes. Lot of overspeeding on Ghat areas.
2. Poor attitude towards customer on the bus by the driver and attendants & they were using foul language with one of the customers.
3. The attendant didn't help in loading of luggage in the bus storage. He said your luggage you do it.
4. This sleeper bus was shaking a lot due to rash driving & we were not able to sleep because of too much tumbling.
5. The seats were not cleaned. Waste materials of previous day travelers was still there. When enquired to the attendant to clean. He said your seat you clean else sleep in that.
Will urge others to think twice before booking with this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are improving with everyday, the business class bus is amazing with great travel experience and comfortable journey. Prices are also good.
One needs to know that they don't have an office at RTO circle pickup point, so one needs to stand on the road which is not that good.
Take your own blanket as they do not provide any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New bus is good, service is ok...But Bus no. RJ27PA8800, has seat no. X is in very bad condition...Avoid to book it...Iron girder is on seat which is hurting your body.... High partition is wooden so, you can't rest your legs properly...And head rest is in driving direction...So, head is always feel heavy....Terrific journey from Bhilwara to Ahmedabad....

Littel Communication gap seems here between Gujrat travels and sub-dealers.
Needs to improve Gujarat travels office culture and facilities for travelers.
Buses quantity also not up to the Mark's.cleaning require because seat's and curtains are very dirty.
Buses drivers behaviour is good and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no value for your time! Bus late from the start ...reached the destination almost 4 hours late! The bus too seems like an old one...runs slow. Seats too narrow for 2 people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bus took the bypass in ahmedabad and we were made to hop on from one bus to another middle of the night, very bad service, booked seats are given to someone else, horrible experience, I am 6 feet tall. The berths are less than 6ft in length had a crumpled space with no proper sleep, there was no live tracking for this bus.
