★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, Unhygienic, rude, and unprofessional behaviour of staff. Length of sleeper seat is short. They made us change our bus twice in a single journey.
No precautions of Covid were taken, no mask, no sanitizers.
Overall it is a very bad choice to book from this Karnawati Travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my tickets from karnawati travels and the bus is pooja kk travels, the bus is full worst bus ,the bus driver are not good, the window are not working, in my seat the one side window is opened and another side fully stuck we cant open and they donot have the time value the bus is not good for ladies safety in this bus all 3rd class people are traveling and they are smoking cigarettes in the bus and hotel are not good but okay

Overall excellent in service.
