★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all as the bus is not punctual on its time.The allow 5 people in single sleeper causing trouble to all others. The gallarey is full which is against the rules and the sleeper coach is not satisfactory as there is no curtain the seat is full of dust the chaging point is broken and there is no place to put shoes and bottles and they are dropping people out of the town and not dropping them on the decided location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel experience with this one been very nice. The buses are sleeper but even in sleeper they made a seat type at ur head so u can backrest and be conference even while u'r seating. I always prefer this buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request not to travel in this bus. They put all the commercial luaggege inside the seat of passenger. Also they dont put luaggege in luaggege box in the bus. They run bus for commercial purpose only ne only staff has rude behaviour. So better to travel in other options available. I have booked for ahmedabad to kota on 24 feb 2021 but worst experience they also for money which luaggege we carry. Commercial luaggege also carry inside the bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I travelled on 13th march 2021. Lots of luggage has been placed under seats inside bus and small plywood are loaded on top. Bus stops near mangalwarh choraha for more than 1 hour to offload the plywood. Very iritating. No one is listening. Bus starts from ahmedabad at 8 pm but leave ahmedabad city by 10 pm. 2 hours in ahmedabad only. No fix time to reach destination. This bus is purely for parcel service.
