★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company in malur. They have hold my salary as I did not serve notice period due to health issues ( Backbone pain ) . I informed General Manager that I have health issues even I showed Doctor Prescription to him . He says even I have clinic I can give you fake doctor prescription for any disease ? . This is ridiculous.
If someone has health issue , can he able to serve notice period ???? This shows that no humanity.
I begged him by calling several times for asking salary , general manager is not able to receive my call . Rather I told him that I have several financial crisis . Please release my salary. Though they have no mercy as human , didn't release my salary.
I was not given neither offer letter nor appointment letter nor HR policy as document. Even though they want notice period to be served. How can one ask for this without any documents and rules ????
Worst place for staff to work .
Very less increment
Staffs are not paid enough .
This is my bad experience in this company.
