★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this bus from Udaipur to Delhi. Firstly the bus was ridiculous and there was a guy sitting beside my side I don’t know whether he was with conductor or the driver but that made me so uncomfortable that I was thinking to change my bus midway. One more point I want to add here is we were three people together and got shifted in the single cabin because the people out there were making us uncomfortable. My friend left her boots in her cabin which got stolen. Bus conductor was allowing the passengers midway in the bus. No one was wearing a mask and bus was so dirty. It was stinking and conductor was smoking in the bus.Don’t go for this traveller specially girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 star, that would've explained my overall experience with this bus for ahemdabad to kanpur route dt 27-28 apr 2022. the bus tire got punctured thrice in the whole route, there is no spare tire. Bus driver took the bus somewhere else leaving all passengers behind at a roadside restaurent citing that he is going to get the tire reapired. It's been almost 4 hours now, there is no sign of the bus, tire or the driver and here I am in the middle of no-where writing this review. very pathetic. I would go by foot rather than sitting into this bus ever again in my life.
