★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled from udaipur to Mumbai in Volvo sleeper.sleeper is very small and cramped.bus stops at each and every stop to take local passengers.the service is not worth the money they charge for ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled udaipur from mumbai.It started from Goregaon at 9 pm, reached udaipur at 1:30 pm next day.it stopped to pick local passengers at each and every where where person seen and bargain for rate.Not at all satisfied with services after paying at such high rate. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE HAVE I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF SO BAD. NOT KIDDING. This is my first time ever writing a review so you can only imagine. I've been traveling in buses very frequently because of work for past 6 years and yet this stands as the worst experience of all time, WORST. The bus was LATE by almost 4 hours. And the driver and operator didn't even have the courtesy to tell me the truth and kept saying another half hour every once in a while, without providing any reason whatsoever and after one point stopped responding and were extremely RUDE. I was left out late in night in the bitter cold. FORGET SANITIZED CABINS, the conditions were way BELOW NORMAL HYGIENE LEVEL. The cost was almost triple the normal rate for this route. In the end, not even an apology or compensation. I WOULD SUGGEST WALKING TO YOUR DESTINATION WOULD BE LESS PAINFUL THAN TRAVELING WITH THIS AGENCY. And this is not just in the moment of frustration and I'm writing this with the most rationale perspective possible. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

do not travel with that company I traveled pune to Udaipur that trep is so horrible...
Gujrat travel owner please sold u r company any beggar he also refused that offer of if u sold in free of cost?

Bus for udaipur to Pune enters Ahmedabad roams in half of Ahmedabad.
Even after the pick up is completed there is a lot of time wasted in Ahmedabad.
If you don't have any options travel by walking but don't take this bus (udaipur to Pune). Worst ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUSTOMER FIRST Only written on bus . Actually driver wasn't answer properly.i paid 1000/-rs per seat and bought 2 seats but they realised me like he is owner of company.
Not given proper answer to any customer..
