★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am booked bus in the morning and then after the booking three time. i am call to travel agent or travel desk for confirmationand . in the evening after the departure driver & conductor say no your seat it is not confirmed then again and again from my all travelling he change my seat many time. I am standing in bus and also he take non reservation Traveller from highway side and give the seat or sleeper but conductor not offering me you take your seat. very very upset regarding the service and after the lendingI am complaining about the staff and bus rules and regulation and he says you go Udaipur and complain at Udaipur office . and he also take extra money for my luggage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I just called and asked for bus picture they said very rudey that do i want to purchase the bus?????
If they are talking to customer on phone like this, then suppose how they are treating their customers during boarding the bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not good at all.....my huge expection turn into something else......actually it was shown online that it will take to your designated place at 6:30am but it reached at almost 10:00am....i nearly miss the flight....and in between on the way they keep on addling local people in the bus even those who doesnt have the bus tickets and they were too noisy.people were smoking in the bus simply.the place where we slept was sooooo dusty and dirty......

If you have time importace, then Plz don't go with this bus.
After that when i explained then he told me for cancel the ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad... Bus was too bad in condition.. in sleeper coach was broken even iron wall was also broken and bus did not took a break between jodhpur to udaipur... Passenger were too angry with the bus staff

2. Bus Conditions - Very Poor, seats are broken, Sponge was all most flat, because of this back pain is start after 1/2 hour
3. Time Punctuality - VERY LATE, Drive Very SLOW, 4 hour Journey they took 7Hours
4. Staff - Very uncooperative
