★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told us we won't take order after 3PM without giving any reason. I asked about it to the person on counter he gave same answer. They are not customer friendly Ordered half chicken handi was sour and quantity was of a chicken plate. Service was not good ,waiter are not helpful and don't pay proper attention . Food was ok. If you don't have option ,then only think about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited sai for a second time. Excellent place to take rest.. Good facilities..clean rooms and comfortable especially for family. Would like to visit again. Cooperative staff. Good atmosphere. Food quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me this hotel is worth 5 star. At first we felt it's little costly for 1 day stay so we went near kankavali bus stand and rates were same and facilities was not so impressive.. and we end up staying at 'Sai palace'.Food was cheap and tasty do try misal and bhendi masla without fail.

Breakfast serving rules are bit weird. They don't serve menu displayed all the time.
