★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worst service provided.. never trust on this travel agency. I asked for 2 tatkal tickets of a particular train and paid before the confirmation. Next day I got no tickets n no one was picking up the call after so many attempt one guy picked up n asked me to wait for 1 hr for confirmation mail.. after 1 hours I again called many times then he gave me ticket for different train.
