★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was booked on a Go Air(gofirst) flight to Dubai from mumbai and was on enroute to Mumbai international airport when I received a call from Go Air IVR saying my flight to Dubai is cancelled I was shocked and furious about it.called up go Air and asked them if they can arrange alternative flight they denied, It was really frustrating then I started looking for flights online and brows on every possible website on internet as it was very important for me to reach Dubai that day. Then I got to know about travel kingdom,I called them and. Spoke with Birva Joshi she was really polite and patient to listen to my situation.
After listening the concern she gave me an option for the same day. It was departing the same time which I was looking for however the fare was high but my purpose was to reach Dubai at the earliest resolved I booked on Air India flight and all this happen over the phone with Birva while I was travelling to chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj international airport .
All this while Birva was brilliant in order to give me options to reach at my destination she also did web check in for me, sent the ticket on Whatsapp and made sure everything is been taken care off.
She then messaged me to check about the journey and if I reached safely she is very polite and respectful.
I would recommend Travel kingdom services to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a trip with my friend to Sikkim, Darjeeling and Kalimpong for 11nights 12days booked from Travel Kingdom and the service was outstanding. Everything went as planned, the drivers, agents were very cooperative and made us feel comfortable .

I really did had to do anything and was also being updated with reminders. She has also helped me plan the tour in ways I can surprise my family when coming home which I’m very thankful for.

Special thanks to Miss Birva and Miss Alka for the quick response for any query, Proper planning, Perfect Suggestion for the resort, Getting all the arrival and departure formalities done in time... I saw lot of people struggling to fill many forms at the airport and getting stressed but if u go with Travel Kingdom , u dont have to worry at all , everything will be taken care by them n u just enjoy your holidays and relax...
