★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place last week after reading the reviews and I was disappointed so say the least. The staircases were dirty and poorly lit, The shop itself was dank and smelled , the illumination saw uneven, the display self were dusty , the staff was a bunch of dispirited guys who were unable to answer even simple question like size of the kurta , their attitude was take it or leave it, the cashier was a listless guy who swapped my card three times before he got it right, the stores manager refused to meet me , overall its a dark dank smelly place with limited range of clothing , do visit at your own peril.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a huge collection of clothes, they sell almost every kind of clothing for everyone. I have shopped woollens, shirts and jeans from here and I got decent discount at the time of sale. But without any discount or sale the prices are a little higher for a middle class person like me. They could add better options to earn and redeem points.
Also the wedding collection here is quite impressive. One can totally rely on buying from here for their wedding. It’s like a one stop shop for clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the store to buy a sherwani for my brother, i strictly asked the sales person that the clothing should be fresh & new, not wore by any person as it was for groom & we wear clothes which are never worn by anybody , he assured me that the clothing will come from mumbai according to the size of groom, i finalised one worth rs 25000, then the tailor came to get the size, he was talking like he is going for alteration, i got doubt, i asked the sales person that the this is going for alteration or we will get the new piece, he again assured me that those clothes are for trials only & are not for sale, then i went for billing & at billing counter he i asked him if i can get this piece right now, he said yess if it is fit so you can take it right now, i talked to the sales person he was still trying to convince me with his lies, on delivery slip it was also written alteration, i asked him to get the delivery at my residential address from mumbai, he denied, i talked to Mr.YS Sharma(store manager) then i cancelled the order got the refund, worst shopping experience from a renowned store like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place that provides huge collection for any kind of wear. I purchased both western and ethnic wears for my wedding. Price of ethnic wears are slightly on a higher end compared to other competitive stores in bhopal. They also have a good points collection policy in which you get points depending on the purchase amount and you can redeem them in subsequent purchases. The weird thing is that this policy does not work on discounted clothes.
