★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been more than 3 weeks since I have been following up with the listed helpline no 25393822 to get the pipeline gas installed. All I get is false commitments that an engineer will come and visit the flat and do the needful. So much so that last Monday they committed that a visit will be arranged for Saturday and on calling on Saturday I got a further commitment that visit and installation will be done on Monday.
Most unprofessional way of doing business. Pathetic customer service. And this is while I am trying to buy services from them, God forbid what would be their conflict resolution.
