β β β β β My courier from Delhi to Kolkata Bhawanipur was not delivered. It's been lying at Bhawanipur since 5th June 2021 and undelivered uptill now. Their phone is not responding and is on call forwarding. Utterly irresponsible.

β β β β β Horrible process. They said Mumbai to Kolkata delivery will be done in 3-4 days. It showed parcel reached Kolkata in 2 days. But no delivery till another 3 days. Nor was informed delivery will be late. Finally went and collected from centre itself. Would not recommend this for any time-bound delivery
