★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable society. maintenance charge is rs2360 which does not include 27rs per day charge common area electricity. normal rate electricity is 7.6 /unit and backup is 23/unit. also lots of power cuts as still the oc for the aptmnt is not there.

They have a 2 small parks, under ground and open parking facilities. Swimming pool is under construction.
Gated security is available but street dog keep wandering around in society too .

Please don't rent flat here O-103 & O-104 owned by a mr.Rajesh bali, he will for no reason make deductions from the security deposit without listening and understanding that the tenant also has a equal right. The maintenance team is also only concerned about the landlord. These guys are sharks and greedy beyond thinking. Please avoid.
