breakfast menu is very limited
no coffee kit it room
also, iron for press took a lot of time and excuses
but locality is very nice

Food was good and not too much costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious as well as very clean, hygienic rooms compared to other hotels in Surat. Excellent service and very accommodating folks (they provided me extra time to stay for checkout). Breakfast buffets are free and sumptuous. Only con is they don't have an in-house restaurant, so for lunch & dinner, food if ordered, comes from a central kitchen, and it was average. Although, there are lots of options nearby, be it the food trucks or other outlets in International Business Center. Hotel is located in a semi-posh area with good views. Overall, i got a good deal and thumbs up from my side.
