★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most thankless shopkeeper I have seen recently didn't even took back a packed watch which I tried to exchange as the watch digits were barely visible under light.
Clearly refused to even discuss this , I believe that was arrogant enough to flout the saying that customer service is the best service for a shop owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this shop very much because since last 3 months I was searching a strap of an old vintage times watch but no one in vadodara have the availability. He is the only one who made it available for me, then I checked his watches collection so I find that he have a huge rage as far as price rage concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop keeper I have ever meet. I usual don't write reviews , but the experience I had today, I thought no other customer should have any such experience which I had . The shop keeper is very good in conversation and will show a friendly approach, which will ultimately lead you to assume that you wont be cheated. He charges too high compared to the market price. Just for a wrist belt and a cell he charged me 500 Rs. I know I am cheated but I don't believe in mouth fighting, that too with an elderly man. So I demanded for the bill, which I was sure the shop keeper would hesitate.
Whether you change a cell or change a wrist or anything , please demand a bill for the same, even if you have to pay 18% extra. Today when I asked for the bill, he ducked saying that I forgot to bring my bill book ( now just think bill book kaun ghar pe rakhta he?) . I dint pay for the same and kept my watch as a security there and asked him to bring the bill book whenever possible , give me a call, I will come again and pay your money take the bill.
But friends please don't visit this shop, I am sure you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit this shop, even if it is the last watch shop in this universe.
Today I visited for purchasing watch, however I didn't like the collection there. Customer are free to look for the collection and not at all bound to purchase. But the owner is very arrogant and didn't have manner to serve customer. After few lines of heated arguments I left that shop.
Then I visited Dalsons and purchased the watch. Dalsons's customer service is very good and know how to handle customer.
I will suggest everyone to not to visit Shreenathji Time shop. This shop doesn't deserve 1 star.
