★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residents are good n friendly. But the apartment is not at all maintained properly. The lift and staircase surroundings are untidy and in a very bad condition with spit marks all over. Maintenance is not done properly in the parking area as well. He generator is only for lifts, but that too is out of order most of the times. Hence it is as good as not present. Maybe the EC members can answer on actually what the maintenance amt is used for.
