You have all the necessary stuffs to your life style is just in few steps.
Concerns, obviously its crowded road due to narrow and peak traffic on working hours.
Things can improve once road widened in few years:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Good homely atmosphere. Ample parking space at the basement. Now a days there is problem with water availablity due to drying up of borewell. Very good area with all amenities at walkable distance. Also centrally located with great connectivity to the rest of Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would have been an option for zero star, i would have chosen that. Worst neighbour hood. No water supply... You get water for only 6 hours. If you are shifting then they won't allow you to use lift and you end us paying a lot to movers n packers. Manual power backup switch. If you are looking for rent or buy , please refrain from buying and also big no no no for rent.
