★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very beautiful project designed on paper. After 6.2 years of booking, many amenities of this project is not completed. Every time builder promises new date for finishing club house, and every time that date is slipped. Lifts installed are being used by builder for carrying construction materials for their penthouse modification work, which makes lift go bad frequently. That is safety concern for residing families. Project is handed over to residents without completing many works inside the project. residents are forced to live in this pathetic condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was looking to get a nice luxurious home for me and my family, I was directed to Jain Heights by a friend of mine. I was pleasantly surprised by the design philosophy of the Jain Heights developers. The various apartments of their East Parade project were made with the best aesthetic and practical elements that one can hope for. Jain Heights also made sure that the residents here have access to beautiful gardens, swimming pools and health clubs that would allow them to maintain a healthy body and mind. From the time I moved in here with my family, I have felt a strong feeling of positive energy that keeps me active and blissful throughout the day. I am truly glad that I chose Jain Heights for my new home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked this apartment in 2012 and was promised several world class amenities along with the handover somewhere between 2015-2016! Well, we are in 2020 and none of the basic amenities have been delivered to us. No permanent Bescom (hence no OC), no proper RWH, single lifts in each block which gets conked up everyday, sub-standard parking lots, partial club house and guess what, this project is still so incomplete. We were royally betrayed by “Jain” values & ethics!!!
Yay!!!! We finally got permanent BESCOM connection after 3-4 years of struggle!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Jain Heights in Feb'20 and by Oct'20 we can conclude it's the worst decision we took. Basic amenities like regular water supply, electricity, and power back up are not available. It's an unfinished project (for the past few years) and there is a constant tiff between the builder and the house owners to have the basics in place. They also have court cases active to resolve issues. The condition here has only deteriorated since Feb'20 where lifts are not working everyother day, or you are stranded in the shower without water. They now claim that permanent BESCOM has been connected, but all in vain because they don't have proper power backups -you will find yourself missing power throughout the day. The cleanlines around the society is not up to the mark while other facilities like the children's play area, the club house, parking space, saftey measures around the apartment are below average. The landscaping is disappointing as there are hardly any green spots and most of the common area is concrete.
For pet parents this place is a nightmare. There are no pet areas assigned for the pets to relieve themselves, residents bother pet parents picking fights with them even though the pet parents follow all national guidelines around pets in apartments, and you might even have to deal with some residents and kids teasing the pets. All in all if you are looking at buying or renting a house this is one place you should strike out from your list right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder does not have OC. Construction quality is poor and no basic amenities provided. People who purchased flats are regretting and they have put banners outside their flats informing new buyers not to invest their hard earned money. You can talk to anyone who has purchased flat in jain heights east parade and check for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good looking and spacious campus. There are 3 to 4 blocks in the campus. 9 floors on each block. There is a childrens park inside. There is a lot of open space to walk around. Gardening is manintained. But the main approach road so not so wide. Security protocols are followed strictly.
