★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed over at Shreyas to make my birthday memorable around the time I had a few stones in my kidney detected and was on the verge of cancelling my stay owing to severe food restrictions and pain. What happened during my stay was magical. The farm where many of the vegetables are grown organically, the Ayurvedic doctor consultation and the delicately crafted vegetarian food based on diet restrictions blew my mind. I kept sipping fresh lemongrass and other soothing herbal teas throughout the day. Absolute bliss and no plastics anywhere in the retreat. We were given a small food bag when we left the place and that was touching. I would love to come over again and experience their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiritual wellness with calm and serene environment + soulful food + trained staff and no nonsense at all. A must visit for all. My back pain is almost healed,thanks to Dr. Manjula and the trained staff plus food played a very important role too.Will keep coming back for sure.
