still they dont provide good service and dont pickup calls until you use strong words (if u r lucky).
i have been there and survived 10 days without broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a customer for 5-6 years, I have decided to disconnect from their service. They never respond quickly to your complainns, 3-4 days internet remains unavailable. On top of that, they are liars. They'll keep saying that 2 ghante me chalu hoga, 3 ghante me chalu hoga but it never happens. Cost isn't cheaper either to compensate on that. Pathetic service, I am totally fed-up. Do not get a connection from here. I have never delayed their payment, they have always delayed my service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider, i used to have a different connection previously they were so much better than this one. I am experiencing slow net since a month. Contacting them since then and yet no one has come to check. They say aaj aane vala h, abhi aane vala h. But no one comes.
