★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Temple in Maharashtra and the only Sun Temple in India where Sun diety is in form of sculpture, by entering this small village you ill feel the positive Vibes. Entrance is huge and ancient since it's 1000 year old Temple with some modern touch. There's are small temple's surrounded and in middle it's kanakaditya main temple. You can feel the purity and serinity and positive vibes in this temple and also Temple trust has it's own bhakta nivas with affordable price so you can even think of staying there and also the famous sunset point of kasheli is just 2km away from there..
One important note : If you want to have darshan go before Sunset after Sunset temple gates are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. One of the best temples I've visited ever.Great Ancient look.Can see wooden carved idols. Must visit place. Very few Suryanarayan temples are in india.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some places are magical which gives you lots of positivity and this sun temple is one of them. according to locals God statue is from Dwarka and one sailer was carrying it in his boat. When the boat reached Kasheli shore,sailer was unable to move his boat hence he dropped the statue in the nearby cave. Lady called kanakadevibused to stay in Kasheli village who used to worship lord Sun. In her dream lord sun asked her to pick the statue from cave. Temple is in small village and roads are narrow but beautiful. Temple is clean and spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome, well maintained Sun Temple with all facilities like water, washrooms. Great place for tourists. The only temple where Sun deity is in form of sculpture. Even people of temple is also good they gave all information about temple.

Temple is very spacious and well maintained.
The only temple in India where idol of Suryadev is present. People of temple are very Cooperative, they gave all information about temple in detail.
Must visit place in your Konkan Trip.
