★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good place for purchasing land. The area of its location is very large. The roads and some more amenities are quite good. The atmosphere is good here. But it is almost empty here. There are very less people living there. You are not suggested to go alone there at late nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krishna Van is a colony cut by Manglam group. Hence good size plots and wide roads. It has good number of parks, lots of green ! Spanning from a proposed 200' ft road ( Sirsi Bhakrota link ) to Ring road ( South ) , this township is spread over more than 400 beegha land cross cross of 80' , 60 ft , 200 ft roads. There are three schools already running. Rawat Public school, Indo Bharat public school and one pre school . One can see on Earth App that a sizable population has already habitated this area. A posh colony in making !
