★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed to note that when I called on the phone today 11.15 am, Jain Temple entry & Bhojanalay is ONLY for Jains & you need to give proof. Never thought Jain community is like this, we had prasad bhojan at Ahmedabad Jain temple near Swami Narayan Temple & wanted to experience in Thane as we came to know last week, we are in Thane for 20 years now , hope I am proved wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jai Jinendra. Inner peace and awakening to righteousness is what you will realise in your visit. The temple is located in Thane West within walking distance from station. There is a dharamshala and bhojanshala here. Beautifully sculpted temple. Do visit once.

This is very old know jain temple in thane , mul nayak Munishruvat swami. Opposite to this temple there is one more jain temple. They have bhojan shala and upashray for sadhviji ? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame! At a place of worship, food is served after verifying one's cast from Aadhar card and is served only to Jains. If you are not a Jain, it is a big NO for you and you are asked to leave. I could never believe this to be true until I experienced it myself yesterday. And mind you, food served is paid and not free of charge.
They should learn something from the other community who serve Langar with open heart and without verifying anything.
