★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Hospital and Staff. Owners themselves being doctors give personalised attention. In my case my dad was suffering with lungs problem. He almost fainted but doctor Mr Ved Pal Yadav who happens to be owner took very good care. He is very down to earth personality and very experienced. Nurses are also very kind and polite. Though my father did not survive due to age and lungs condition, but Doctors did their best in their capacity to save him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Laser Pilonidal Surgery and stayed at the hospital for over 24 hours. Those were pretty excruciating 24 hours of my life.
There are more problems with the hospital than positives.
Negatives:
Staff shortage
At night, there's one doctor for entire OPD rooms and he has to look into emergency aswell. Not the doctor's fault but the managers of the hospital. They need to add more doctors in night shift.
There's problems with shortage in nurses aswell.
House keeping acts like nurses. Their job is to keep the house clean not act like nurses.
Meal services are pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neetu Vohra Mam is very helpful and polite. she is doing a fabulous job and we didn't feel any kind of trouble. Every hospital should have staff like this so that patients can feel home like feeling. Khusboo also is very good and doing great job. All other staff members of 2nd floor are very good. Doctors are also very good in knowledge and doing treatment with full patience. Hospital is very good.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted in the hospital for urological surgery. Hospital had good services both nursing and house keeping. The only thing i disliked was the change of room when i was in surgery. They should be more careful . Else cleaniness, air-conditioning ,was excellent. Not to mention the night shift staff was indeed very good and very prompt. My special thanks to them

I am posting this just to make sure that whatever happened with me should not happen to anyone.
I met with an accident on 21 Feb 2022 and got injured badly in my left leg on 22 Feb 2022 I visited SRS hospital. Sec 60 Noida and consulted Dr. Priyank Gupta who is an orthopaedic available, Xray was done as per his recommendation he saw my injuries and said it's a muscle rupture and said there is no fracture. Medicine was give as per attached prescription.
After 10-12 days still there was no improvement then I consulted another doctor Dr Rajeev Agarwal who sits near Old bus stand ghaziabad then a picture came forward, I had a fracture and he told me seeing the same X ray that was done in the hospital.
I am surprised how can such a big hospital can have doctors like this who don't know how to read an X-ray also. It's a same on hospital also.
I am attaching all the documents so that people shoul not think it's a fake feedback.
Due to this it is taking more time for me to recover and waited almost 10-12 days. My plaster is still ON.
