★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was late by 10mins. I requested the driver to wait but he didn't waited and ask me if i m on bike/car, follow me and i will take you. This is really hopeless service. If customer is not picking phone or he says he is not travelling, u can move the bus forward but if a customer is genuinely crying on phone to wait, still they doesnt. This is what at all is not expected.
Genuine reasons must be honored as by other bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years back, no one would have thought to travel to Delhi from Azamgarh by Bus. Back then, the only train that to and fro between AMH and DLI was Kafiyat Express. It used to be some kind of achievement to get a confirm seat in the train. Even now, the struggle is same for train but with bus services that started in near past, the scenario is changing. Now, we don't have to plan much ahead of trip. One can travel comfortably in an AC bus without much planning and here comes the name Shri Rishabh Travels which enters in this field and brings a revolution in travelling between these two destinations. I used to travel only by Shri Rishabh when I started to travel by Bus but then other services are there in this field and they are equally good in term of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No charging point with power, worst experience, I won't suggest anyone rather some other good option are there in the market. It is very uncomfortable inside as there is a AC vent which can't be closed if it is chilled inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shri Rishabh Travels you are fraud. I booked a ticket on 9th jun 2020. they received payment 2600 and i was on the pickup point, there was no sign of any bus. I waited 3 hours but bus did not come. after that the website is not working and i did not get any call from them. I tried phone numbers but all incorrect. Do not trust them. I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service . Bus driver intentionally left us on road. We are just 100 meter away from bus but the bus driver didn't stop bus. Because of this we had to faced lots of issues while reaching to our designation. As a customer I am suggesting please do not prefer Rishabh Bus travel from any travel.
