Basic requirement like water, electricity is the best in entire wagholi area...Budget friendly...Pollution free...
I will say bye to this beautiful Society Shree Sai hills and Pune forever by next month as I am getting shifted to Delhi NCR.
Anyone planning to move its a big yes please go ahead....

Great place for living and ample space for walking, jogging most of recreational activities. .. All the towers are spaced out not clustered.. Gated society in community living. Proximity to market place, banks, ATMs, medicals, hospital, schools, all within radius of 500mtrs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the site. The drawback is being situated at a bit far from main road. No problem if you have your own vehicle. Construction quality seems to be OK ( just my first impression). Need to check about power backup and electricity.
