★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always hopping with activity it is always exciting to visit Zara whether or not you pick up anything. Exchange and refund policies are good so if in doubt just buy and return/exchange later. Stock finishes very fast.

This review is purely for their service from a renowned brand like Zara in the name of company's policy.
I have a disability currently and can not walk properly. Had to pick an article for an urgent requirement. So, called the store to ask about availability but response was with a lot of resistance.
Then went to the store somehow and hunted for the article. Due to my leg problems I requested the staff to kindly bill the single article separately as the queue was long and I was experiencing pain in leg. HOWEVER, THE STAFF BLUNTLY REFUSED AND WALKED OFF. ON SPEAKING TO THE STORE MANAGER HE STARTED JUSTIFYING THE ACT OF THE STAFF WITHOUT ANY SENSITIVITY TO A SPECIAL REQUEST IN THE NAME OF COMPANY'S POLICY. I WANT TO ASK THE BRAND HOW MAY PEOPLE WITH ANY PERMANENT/TEMPORARY DISABILITY ACTUALLY VISIT ZARA STORES THAT IT'S SO DIFFICULT TO EVEN EMPATHISE WITH A SINGLE CUSTOMER? THIS IS BASIC HUMAN COURTESY NOT SOMETHING EXCEPTIONAL. REALLY DISTURBED BY SUCH TREATMENT.
BRANDS ARE MADE BY OVERALL EXPERIENCE BEING SO INSENSITIVE TO CUSTOMERS WILL SOME DAY COME BACK FULL CIRCLE FOR THE BRAND ONLY.

I bought a Denim jeans ?which is the most comfortable jeans in my wardrobe. You will get to see new clothes ? in Zara after every week. The staff is really courteous and polite. Zara perfumes ? are uncomparable to any other Perfumes and their fragrances will make you fell in love ? with them. The quality of Zara is unmatcable. If there is a discount offered on Zara, one can buy as many clothing items at affordable prices. The experience of buying from Zara has always been exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no efficiency in doing the billing and too less staffs/counter for billing in such a big brand outlet.
There's no different section for collection of online orders and have to stand in queue for so long with the ones billing and there's not enough staffing to do billing in such a big outlet and it takes more than an hour to close a bill of customer.
